The first step in this process requires a paid consultation.

This step allows us to book time on the lawyer’s calendar exclusively for your matter. It also provides our team the ability to carry out the necessary conflict checks to ensure that we are able to speak with you about your case in accordance with our legal obligations.

Our staff will help you with this process and coordinate with individual lawyers in our office who are best suited to your matter.

Consultations related to Legal Aid matters are booked differently and our staff will guide you accordingly.

A Landings LLP lawyer will meet with you to canvass your options and strategize on a path forward. We will give you undivided attention during this time period, evaluating your specific situation and goals in light of various immigration options. Landings LLP lawyers regularly consult each other to leverage our collective expertise in arriving at the best solution for you.

We may engage in some follow-up as required.

If Landings LLP identifies a viable strategy specifically tailored to your case that you are in agreement with, we will work with you to implement that strategy. At this stage, we will circulate an agreement for legal services, which sets out exact fees and the scope of our services.
