Saniya WasimB.A. 

Saniya (she/her) brings a rich background to her role as a Legal Assistant at Landings LLP.  With over a decade of experience in client relations, government program services, and public assistance, she has extensive experience working with people from various cultures and backgrounds. She prides herself on providing empathetic and effective support.

Saniya previously worked as a Passport Officer for Service Canada, where she assisted individuals to navigate the passport application process and reviewed their passports to determine eligibility.  Saniya also has experience acting as a Dispatch Associate for Bell Canada for the entire province of Ontario.

Saniya holds a Border and Immigration Services Certificate from Humber College and a bachelor’s degree in Humanities Studies from York University.  She is passionate about supporting newcomers and racialized persons through adverse circumstances. Her priority is to ensure that clients feel comfortable, heard, and cared for throughout their time with Landings LLP.

Saniya can provide services in English, Hindi, and Urdu.
