Faranak MiraghaeeB.A.

Faranak Miraghaee is a Legal Assistant at Landings LLP and a Licensed Paralegal with the Law Society of Ontario. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Gender and Women’s Studies from York University and completed the Accelerated Paralegal Program at Seneca College.

Prior to joining Landings LLP, Faranak worked as a Constituency Assistant to the Member of Parliament for Willowdale. In this role, she developed a strong interest in immigration law after assisting constituents facing complex immigration challenges. She went on to gain additional experience with other immigration law firms and non-profit organizations, supporting clients through a wide range of immigration processes.

Drawing on both her professional experience and her family’s own immigration journey, Faranak brings a compassionate, informed, and client-focused approach to her work. She is passionate about assisting individuals and families with their immigration journey and is committed to providing empathetic and effective legal support.

Faranak provides services in English, Persian (Farsi), and Turkish.
